Orwell's 1984 — No Longer Fiction?
This Yellow Board was inspired by the world portrayed in George Orwell’s 1984. What once seemed like a dystopian warning now feels increasingly like a roadmap. The same could be said of Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World.
For those paying attention, it's clear that the language of “Doublethink”, “Doublespeak”, and “Newspeak” — saying one thing while meaning the opposite — is no longer just a literary device. It’s become common practice in modern politics and media.
Governments around the world seem to be moving in lockstep with globalist organisations such as the Bilderberg Group, the World Economic Forum, the Trilateral Commission, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Chatham House (Royal Institute of International Affairs) and the Club of Rome. Their collective vision? A centralised, technocratic system that closely resembles Orwell’s “Big Brother” — sometimes referred to as the “New World Order”, and more recently sold to the public with slogans like “Build Back Better”.
If Big Brother had a strategy, it might look something like Agenda 2030 (watch here). And if he had a favourite technology? It would almost certainly be Artificial Intelligence (watch here).
What’s becoming increasingly obvious is the effort to condition people to repeat — rather than question — mainstream narratives. We're told wars are waged to protect us [really?], when in fact they may serve to keep the public in a constant state of fear [of China and Russia?]. We’re assured that tighter restrictions are for our own good — a path to more freedom [still falling for that one?]. And we’re expected to believe that censoring dissent online somehow protects free speech [2 + 2 = 5, anyone?].
All of this seems more like an attempt to obscure the real aims of those in power than to genuinely serve the public good.
We're now seeing proposals for things like Digital IDs (pushed by none other than Tony Blair — which should raise at least a few eyebrows), Central Bank Digital Currencies (designed to phase out cash), and other tools that increase surveillance and centralise control.
“If you want a picture of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face, forever.” — George Orwell
Whether this Orwellian future becomes reality depends on one thing: our consent.
We can either comply — or question and reject.
